TRACY'S BIO
M.A, B.Ed, B.F.A., B.A.
Tracy has been a member of The Artist's Network of Riverdale, Visual Arts Ontario, Gallery 1313, was on the board of the Ontario Art Education Association and is currently Toronto Coordinator for the Council of Ontario Drama and Dance Educators. She has written for Art Image, OAEA, CODE and the Ministry of Education and develops and presents integrated arts workshops for teachers.
Tracy has worked as an Integrated Arts Instructional Leader and a Dance and Drama Instructional Leader, a Central Lead Teacher, and Acting Program Coordinator for the TDSB Arts Department. She has Additional Specialist Qualifications in Visual Arts, Drama, Dance and Music Education and earned her Masters of Arts Education in 2016.
Tracy has been leading community dance classes since 2011 and is certified in a number of approaches and programs, including Groove, Zumba, and Belly-fit and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.
Tracy currently teaches Music and Dance for the TDSB and leads community Groove sessions every Saturday.
