I am an educator, artist & facilitator. I enjoy providing opportunities for people to find unique and authentic ways to dance, stay healthy, and feel amazing & happy!

Trained and certified in a number of methods and styles, I am currently offering Groove session online, as an extension of the local sessions I have been leading live since 2012.

I love learning and sharing! I have worked in visual arts, dance, music, fitness and education communities for over 20 years.
